The MSA has developed a suite of Maritime Studies Qualifications (MSQ)s, supported by over 130 Units, which are the building blocks for qualifications. They are all listed below.

In many cases a Unit is shared between several qualifications, matching the reality that much of what people need to know is common to a number of sectors within the broader maritime sector.
